Kew Gardens

An enjoyable day at Kew Gardens was organised by Donna.

There we explored the gardens, glasshouses and statues of Henry Moore.

We walked, took the land train and some even ventured onto the tree bridge.

The dramatic skies made for interesting light conditions and we dodged showers throughout the day, returning to the coach just before the hail came down!

The temporary installation of the Henry Moore Sculptures was an unexpected surprise but their considered placement in the gardens gave an opportunity to view the gardens and these structures in a different way.
