On 11th June 2021 Pat R. and Kath S. delivered the knitting generously donated by members of Horsham Normandy to Beeding Ward, Special Care Baby Unit at Worthing Hospital.
The Items donated included:- 21 Blankets 23 Cardigans 78 Hats 4 pairs of bootees. Pat had been in contact with staff on Beeding Ward who said they would be delighted to receive any of the knitting we had available.
and the receptionist who received the bags of knitting on behalf of Beeding Ward.
A big Thank You to all those who gave of their time to knit and donate the items which were warmly received by the receptionist with a “WOW” when she saw the bags.
