Following the success of the pottery painting session earlier this year, Jill & Lesley arranged another morning with Little Gems Pottery.
From elegantly understated designs to humorous, bold or colourful we had much to entertain ourselves. We wait for our items to be glazed & fired before we see the final effect of our creations.
Jill & Lesley kindly supplied delicious homemade cake & biscuits. The biscuits were a recipe new to many of us and are reproduced here courtesy of Mary Berry.
We finally got to see our finished items. We were thrilled with the results especially when other members thought they were for sale!
Members who were unsure of their ability to do this are now encouraged to try the next time.
